What’s included?
Heating and electricity is included, as is a complimentary basket of logs on arrival. Bedlinen, towels, bathmat, tea towels and eco cleaning products are provided.
What’s not included?
Additional bags of logs can be purchased here on the farm.
*West Cottage has a daybed in the living room for a child. There is a £25 supplement payable for a child from 2 – 18. West cannot be booked for 3 adults.
Mull Rally 9th – 11th October
The weekend of 9th to 11th October is the weekend of the Mull Rally. This is an annual event and involves closing sections of the public roads for a few hours at a time. The main road to Treshnish from Calgary will be closed on Friday evening (allowing guests to arrive before closure). It is closed again on Saturday afternoon and again on Saturday night. By the early hours of Sunday morning it is all over! The Saturday of this weekend is usually a good day for doing the Treshnish Headland Walk.
When the road closure timings have been finalised we will notify guests. We can be flexible with bookings over this weekend to avoid a Saturday arrival. Please get in touch with any queries.

Each winter booking is for 2 guests per cottage. Additional guests supplement is £45 pp.

What’s included?
Heating and electricity are included in the rental price for the Shepherd’s Hut. There is a supply of complimentary logs on arrival.
What’s not included?
Guests can buy additional bags of logs and kindling here on the farm.
Short breaks in the main season:
Short breaks are welcome in Middle Cottage, East Cottage and Shepherd’s Hut. Please see Booking calendar for details.
During the main season (March to October) the other cottages only accept week long bookings.
Short breaks in the winter:
November, December (excluding Christmas, New Year), January, February, March). We welcome guests for 2/3 night stays in the winter. Please get in touch with us to find out more.
Cottage Winter break – short or long:
During the Winter season we welcome short breaks and longer stays. We are happy in the winter season to take bookings for any number of nights.

*Please note: Unlike the rest of the year when the prices quoted are per cottage, the winter season prices are for 2 guests per cottage. There is a supplement of £45 to pay for each additional guest.
