We went to look for Grass of Parnassus today and found it flowering abundantly in the new field near the Point. I also found some lucky white heather, and field gentians along the cliff tops. We watched the solitary seal basking in the late afternoon sun on a rock. The dogs had to wait in the back of the buggy as the cattle were following us as we made our way to the glade where the grass of parnassus were flowering. The sea was calm and it was a beautiful way to end the working day.
